Hunter has always wanted to ride the School Bus home, but his school is 5 min. away and we miss him so much when he is away that I selfishly want him home asap! But on Tuesday I called the school and asked them to put him on the bus. It was a beautiful day and I knew it would be a fun surprise for Hunter. He says they called him to the office,"I just knew I was in the biggest trouble of my life! Then they said I was going to ride the bus home, I was so excited that I almost wet my paints! After a quick trip to the bathroom I skipped down the hall back to my class, I couldnt wait to hug my mommy!!!" Hunter's school gets out at 3:15 and he got off the bus at 4:10! But the great hug I got when he got off and the smile on his face has convinced me to let him ride it home everyday. Plus it gives me more time with the house work and girls. Oh, Everyday the bus driver lets him off with some form of candy, and now after seeing Alyssa she sends a piece for her to. So now my prayers include school bus safety and my hopes are that he will not pick up any bad habbits! Why do they have to grow up so fast!?!
